Salary Type: Exempt Location: Swedesboro, NJ Compensation: The base
salary for this position typically ranges from $80,000 to $100,000
annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety
of factors, including relevant skills, experience, job-related
expertise, and geographic location. Depending on the position,

millions of consumers around the world. Position Summary: As part
of the Corporate Engineering team, the Process Engineer will
collaborate with fellow Process Engineers and site teams to drive
innovation and successful change management across Bonduelle
manufacturing sites. This role is responsible for bridging R&D,
Marketing, and Manufacturing to ensure new product and process
introductions are 100% “right the first time.” By enabling
readiness within the Product Development Process (PDP), the Process
Engineer helps minimize risk, prevent plant-level losses, and
deliver operational excellence. The role also supports
standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of
manufacturing processes across the organization. What you will Do :
Validate new product and process capability in collaboration with
Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Engineering. Support
manufacturing plants during new product launches. Develop
innovative solutions to enable new products, processes, and
capabilities. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for core
manufacturing processes (washing, drying, filling, etc.) across all
sites. Conduct equipment and process capability analysis and
testing. Partner with Project Engineers to: Develop capex project
specifications. Select equipment based on cost analysis and ROI.
Validate new equipment performance to ensure expectations are met.
Standardize equipment and processes across sites. Collaborate with
Operations to optimize equipment capability, reliability, and
performance. Work with Quality and Operations to improve product
consistency and quality. Build strong, collaborative relationships
across business functions. Perform other related duties as
assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
Science, or related technical field. Proficiency with Google
Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) or equivalent.
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Desired
Qualifications Experience in the food manufacturing industry. 1
years of professional experience in an engineering role. Experience
with CAD drawings. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools and
techniques. Knowledge of project management tools and methods.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the
organization. Proven track record of delivering results with a bias
for action. Strong curiosity, a passion for learning, and
enthusiasm for contributing to a fun and engaging culture.
