Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Gaithersburg, MD 20878 Salary: $28 - $32/hour Shift: Day Shifts (6am to 2:30 pm or 7am to 3:30pm) For almost 50 years, we've been manufacturing high-performance polymer components-such as tubing and fluid handling assemblies-for biopharmaceutical and medical applications. Operating under strict GMP standards, the site supports global healthcare clients with cleanroom production and precision-engineered solutions. As we continue to grow, our Gaithersburg facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient production. What You Will Be Doing Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment, including pumps, motors, and control systems Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and minimize production downtime Support cleanroom operations by maintaining HVAC, compressed air, and fluid handling systems in compliance with GMP standards Document maintenance activities using CMMS tools and collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve equipment issues What You Need for this Position High School degree minimum or equivalent, technical certification preferred 2 years of experience in an industrial technician position Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting GMP and/or Cleanroom protocols What's In It for You Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
