Job Description:
Our client, a leading firm in the civil engineering and
geotechnical consulting industry, is seeking a Sr. GeoStructural
Project Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. GeoStructural Project
Engineer, you will be part of the Geostructural Department
supporting multidisciplinary project teams across various client
offices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership,
excellent communication skills, and a commitment to technical
excellence, which will align successfully in the organization. Job
Title: Sr. GeoStructural Project Engineer Location: Chadds Ford,
Pennsylvania Pay Range: $85,000 - $140,000 What's the Job?
Participate in multidisciplinary project teams, often involving
multiple client offices, to deliver high-quality geostructural
engineering solutions. Lead project management efforts, ensuring
timely and within-budget delivery of engineering services. Review
and check construction documents including calculations, plans, and
specifications to maintain quality standards. Prepare proposals and
comprehensive engineering reports to support project development
and client communication. Coordinate geostructural services with
internal teams and external clients, fostering strong professional
relationships. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Civil
Engineering from an accredited four-year program; a Master's Degree
in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical and Structural preferred) is
highly desirable. 8 years of relevant experience in geotechnical
and structural engineering projects. Licensed Professional Engineer
(PE) in Pennsylvania or the ability to acquire licensure by
reciprocity. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
with confidence and independence. Strong written and verbal
communication skills, effective time management, and interpersonal
