The Growth Engineer will demonstrate an undeniable growth mindset, supporting product leadership in a cross-functional role focused on dramatically increasing CareAdvisers paid-subscribed user base. The growth engineer will be responsible for reviewing, interpreting and analyzing product usage trend data and supporting analyses to improve the product. This includes researching competitive trends and preparing communication to stakeholders and customers on new enhancements to the production environment that will foster increased usage of CareAdviser. Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to understand and influence customer behavior
  • Monitor, optimize, report on, and make recommendations based on marketing and growth metrics and A/B testing results to uncover new areas of opportunity, generate hypotheses, and quickly assess the potential upside of a given opportunity
  • Work closely with marketing to support early stage adoption, engagement, and acquisition through analysis of all available channels
  • Collaborate with design team to assess and optimize the overall user experience to drive incremental and continuous improvement in overall engagement metrics, reach rate, and return rates
  • Support product and engineering in the quantification of planned investment and product features as it pertains to growth objectives, including identifying necessary system developments, feature enhancements, and their impact on current and future market demand
  • Effectively present and communicate analysis to drive business decisions
  • Use industry expertise to bring consumer facing technology to market and apply Inovalons products, data, and capabilities to the consumer market
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in consumer growth innovation and best practices for engagement, including mobile and web experiences
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalons policies, procedures, and mission statement
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalons Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company
  • Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function Qualifications
    • Bachelors or Master's degree in Healthcare, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, Research or a related field of study required
    • Minimum of 3+ years of business, marketing, or consumer product management
    • Experience with pay-per-click, paid social media, Google Analytics and conversion rate optimization tools with the ability to create and execute strategies and recommendations
    • Understanding of consumer behavior outcomes, channel development, and engagement metrics
    • Possesses excellent communication, organizational and observational skills
    • Self-directed, organized and detailed oriented with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced consumer-facing environment
    • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with good judgment and decision making and the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate vast amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
