Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A contract position is
available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
specializing in behavior support within early childhood education.
This role is based onsite in the Baltimore metropolitan area,
supporting public schools for the 2026-2027 academic year. Key
Responsibilities: Provide behavior specialist services as a BCBA to
early learning teams. Develop and implement behavior intervention
plans tailored to young students. Maintain daily, detailed logs
documenting activities and student progress. Generate comprehensive
report cards to evaluate service effectiveness. Collaborate with
educators and related staff to support students developmental
needs. Comply with state-specific credentialing and reporting
requirements. Qualifications and Experience: Active BCBA licensure
is required. Experience working in school settings, preferably with
early childhood age groups. Excellent documentation and
communication skills. Ability to work full-time onsite, up to 37.5
hours per week. Previous experience relevant to the target pay
scale (010 years). Location:This position is onsite only in the
Baltimore, Maryland area, serving multiple schools with assignment

The assignment is scheduled from August 18, 2026, through June 11,

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.78 to $57.78.
