Write repair orders and prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor. Verify warranty coverage and process approvals. Communicate repair timelines, costs, and recommendations clearly. Enter repair orders into DealerTrack DMS Coordinate towing and transportation when needed Service Advisor Qualifications Organized and friendly personality Flexible work schedule Demonstrated ability to manage others. Time management skills Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance DealerTrack experience preferred but not required Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results Team-oriented and self-motivated Able to work with little supervision.
