This is the job and dealership for you if you have a track record of high sales and top client relationship scores. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure Chevy Chase Acura customers have an expectation experience and trust us for all their automotive requirements Watch and greet customers in the Service Lane. Provide a high level of customer service for all inquiries by phone, text, email, or in-person Be the liaison between our customers and technicians Scheduling appointments and assisting with inbound customer requests Greeting customers promptly at their vehicle Completing estimated and Repair Order to standards Provide customer benefits of completing recommended service Compensation & Benefits: Commission pay Potential to earn between $50,000 to $100,000 annually Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and holidays Employee vehicle leasing program offering a lease allowance payment of up to $400 per month EEOC statement: Chevy Chase Acura is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
