installers. - Collaborate closely with production managers to
ensure timely and effective project completion. - Conduct site
evaluations - Mentor and train team members in safety protocols and
proper techniques to ensure a secure and efficient workplace. -
Maintain equipment and adhere to safety regulations and company
policies. - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a
remarkable service experience. - Participate in weekly team
meetings and monthly safety sessions. Qualifications: - Proven
leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. -
Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for building
positive relationships. - Keen attention to detail and a dedication
to high-quality workmanship. - Valid driver's license with a clean
