Description Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Intelligence
Analyst - Requirements and Sourcing Team to support a federal

Clearance: Security clearance required TS/SCI. Responsibilities:
Collect inputs, analyze, and document INSCOM support to the
Readiness Core Enterprise for the G3 by reviewing and coordinating
MSC MOS and reach data. Collect data to identify all INSCOM
personnel and unit sourcing requirements and support coordination
of potential unit sourcing solutions for identified requirements.
Provide sourcing recommendations for validated INSCOM personnel
sourcing requirements. Research, draft, and finalize the INSCOM MSC
MOS Data Call report, by monitoring INSCOM MSC sourcing
requirements assessment tasking emails, and documenting the results
of related video tele-conferences. Prepare the INSCOM Request for
Forces (RFF) Briefing, and a listing of all current and pending
INSCOM sourcing requirements. Utilize the Army’s Task Management
Tool on NIPRNET and SIPRNET to enable electronic staffing of
internal and external requirements and tasks. Requirements Required
Experience : 20 years Army or Joint All Source Intelligence
experience. Demonstrated experience as a staff member at Division
or higher level. Experience as a primary staff officer, primary
staff directorate NCOIC or primary staff directorate warrant
officer is preferred. Demonstrated experience producing reports
incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to
senior policy makers. Demonstrated experience managing research and
coordination for projects. Demonstrated knowledge of Army and Joint
sourcing processes. Required Special Qualifications: MEL 4, WOSSE
or SLC/SMA. Desired: Analytical Control Element (ACE) OIC or NCOIC.
Required Education: Master’s degree in any discipline. Location:
Fort Belvoir, VA.
