Job Description Company Description We are currently seeking Medical Assistant to meet the high demand in our busy dermatology practice. We are in need of a full time roomer/medical assistant . The ideal candidate would be someone with prior experience in a medical clinic that is capable of taking direction, has strong attention to detail, and is able to multitask efficiently. Responsibilities to include rooming patients with iPad, documenting history in the EMR system, obtain consents for procedures, checking in patients and other duties as needed. EMR and dermatology experience is a plus! Must have experience in a medical office setting. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dermatology Medical Assistant at SPRING DERMATOLOGY located in Greater Houston. The role will involve assisting dermatologists in patient care, medical office tasks, managing medical records, and using medical terminology effectively. Qualifications Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills Proficiency in Medical Terminology and Medical Office tasks Experience in managing Medical Records Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting is a plus Prior experience in a dermatology setting is beneficial
