InstallNET is hiring an Office and Culture Operations Administrator. The overall purpose of the role is to support our company and teams through well executed administration and coordination of people, office, and facilities initiatives.Essential Functions

  • Champion The InstallNET Way.
  • Be a mentor & Trainer - Everyone at InstallNET is responsible, both formally and informally, for the mentorship, growth, development, and training of fellow team members across the company.Office & Facilities
    • Greet customers, vendors, and visitors. Answer all main incoming calls.
    • Office coordination, organization and support, including but not limited to office supplies and stocking and restocking of the office kitchens, assisting with new hire orientations, employee events, and scheduling team travel.
    • Research and coordination of contacts/contracts with vendors for office kitchen supplies, company-wide lunches, events, etc.
    • Oversee the planning & logistics associated with events and meetings as they relate to the office.
    • Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations including, conference rooms maintenance, office and building access, etc.People & Culture
      • Manage internal office communications including Outlook Calendars and Company Newsletter.
      • Work with HR to drive employee engagement and company culture.
      • Manage company sponsored community support and volunteer efforts.
      • You will be the go-to planner that provides structure and organizing for events, awards, gifts, committees, and volunteerism.
      • Support the HR and Ops departments in leading the employee experience and employee recognition.
      • Work with HR to onboard and welcome all new hires.Executive Support
        • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
        • Make travel arrangements.
        • Track daily expenses and prepare monthly expense reports
        • Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reportsPM20.

          • Three (3) years' experience in professional setting
          • Experience with office coordination and administrative tasks - work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
          • Interest in Human Resources initiatives; Onboarding new hires, Culture, Engagement, etc.
          • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
          • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Teams, Skype for Business, etc.
