About the Role

The Information Technology Group (ITG) is a collection of people, processes and technology investments that are designed to achieve the business goals of FTI Consulting. The Senior Analyst will provide end user support to FTI's financial systems as well as support projects as assigned to include integrations/acquisitions. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for the assessment, identification, and functional definition of requirements / solutions to meet FTI's business needs.

What You'll Do

• Primary responsibilities include supporting system integrations and acquisitions and other projects as assigned for the Unit4 ERP system and work collaboratively with other system support teams/users to design, test and implement solutions
• Responding to Unit4 ERP, CD Web, Chrome River and other third-party systems support calls/tickets.
• Assist with identification, analysis and resolution of issues within the financial system, internal & external interfaces / reporting and user security
• Provide on-site support and phone support as needed

  Basic Qualifications
  
  • Unit4 ERP experience preferred: 2 years' experience working with Unit4 ERP Financial System with a firm understanding of the Billing, AP and GL applications interaction within the Financial system.
  • Strong customer service skills in order to perform job duties in an effective, professional and friendly manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong planning, organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • BS or equivalent experience preferred, Accounting a plus
  • Experience with SQL Management Studio a plus
  • Travel required to FTI office(s).
