to join our team to manage existing client relationships. You will
not be required to build a book of business. You will have the
opportunity to grow into a Lead Advisor over time, if desired.

More About the Position
The service advisor role is vital to the firm's continued success.
In this role you will be responsible for gaining a deeper
understanding of the clients' wants, needs, wishes, and working to
bring them to life. You will also analyze the income and asset
situation of clients at least once annually to review and update
the client's financial situation. You will work with advisors and
other team members in the firm to ensure your activities are
conducted in accordance with established procedures and compliance
requirements. Technology is key to completing work assignments, so
you are highly proficient with financial planning software and have
an ability to learn new software quickly.

The salary range for the position is $50-60,000, and is negotiable
depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits

- Assist clients in meeting their unique financial objectives on an

B.A. or B.S. in Business; advanced degree/designation, a plus
(e.g., MBA, CFP -, CPA, etc.)
Prior enrollment or willingness to enroll in CFP Certification
Minimum of 1-year relevant experience within financial services
FINRA Series 7 and/or Series 66 registrations
Experience working with NFS processes and forms, a plus
Excellent knowledge and communication of financial planning
concepts and terminology
Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong verbal/written
First-hand knowledge of third-party asset management systems,
including how they work, their benefits, and their drawbacks a

referring to another professional as appropriate
Proficiency with computer programs, including MS Office Suite,
particularly Excel, Morningstar -, and financial planning
