  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for transformation initiatives including organizational assessments and design, strategic planning, workforce strategies, and process improvement
  • Provide oversight and development of work products from start to finish (from brainstorming and framework development to final edits and end-products)
  • Develop and implement strategic communication strategies and plans in support of transformation initiatives
  • Develop and execute culture change initiatives, staff engagement strategies, along with organizational development and change management activities
  • Plan and facilitate large and small group meetings and working sessions, including for executive level clients
  • Foster and sustain meaningful client relationships, identify client needs, and develop solutions to address these needs
  • Scope and staff projects to meet client requirements and develop work plans that reflect project scope and client expectations
  • Build positive team culture and working environment, mentor and develop staff, and provide regular feedback to team members QualificationsRequired:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher.
    • 5+ years of consulting experience or applicable experience in a professional services environment
    • 3+ years of experience managing delivery of consulting engagements and leading teams of 3+ people
    • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Experience supporting senior executive communications and operations
    • Experience leading and facilitating meetings, trainings, or workshops with executive-level client
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Project management experience

      • Advanced Degree in related field
